VILLA TEODORA is an elegant, exclusive property in the hills of the western shore of Lake Garda. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and enjoys an amazing view of the lake. Villa Teodora is around 218 square meters in size and features a private swimming pool, a private garden, a private hot tub, a spa area, air conditioning, heating, and parking.

Villa Teodora is an elegant and exclusive property within a large estate and is the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday. Immersed amongst green olive trees that extend across the surrounding plain, you’ll enjoy an unbeatable panoramic view that includes the lower lake and the church of the traditional village of Gaino.

You’ll be just a short walking distance from Gaino, where you’ll find a fantastic restaurant, and around 3 km from Toscolano Maderno.

You will need a car to stay at Villa Teodora, which you’ll be able to park inside the gates to the property. The parking area is big enough for up to four vehicles.

One truly breath-taking way to get to the villa from the airport is by helicopter, which can be booked on request. The helicopter can land in the villa garden and it’s possible to organise for your hire car to be brought to the property upon your arrival.

Gazing upon the unique, enchanting landscape whilst immersed in the pool where the waterline seemingly merges with the blue waters of the lake, is a truly special and privileged experience.

A unique stay, whether you’re a couple looking to escape the frenzy of everyday life, or a large family looking to enjoy some quality time together in style and comfort.

The villa is situated in the centre of an estate and was designed in the 1920s by architect Giancarlo Maroni. It was partially renovated in 2008 and is now an elegant, refined holiday residence for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing break.

The outdoor area of Villa Teodora boasts a large infinity pool treated with natural salt, a large whirlpool tub (not heated) set in the stonework and a pool area equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is 13x5 meters, from 0,6 meters to 1,45 meters deep. The swimming pool it is open the entire year and on request, it can be heated (for a fee) up to 30°.

All of this is surrounding by a vast olive tree plantation and colourful, fragrant flower beds. Furthermore, on request, the main pool can be heated all year round so that you can appreciate the surround nature and its fabulous colours, no matter the season.
The ground floor comprises a large open space with a gas fireplace, and an iron and glass conservatory overlooking the lake. This area is furnished with a dining table and beyond the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with a central marble counter. There is also a small guest bathroom on this floor.

Downstairs, there is a spa area overlooking the garden and the lake. The spa consists of a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi heated up to 32°, a sensory shower, a relaxation area with chaise longues and is equipped with a kettle for herbal teas.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one of which can include an optional extra children’s bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom (1 bathroom with shower and 2 bathrooms with bathtub) and a hairdryer.

Please note: For larger groups, it is possible to rent Villa Teodora together with Villa Sara, located next door, for a total of 16 guests. The two villas share an entrance gate.


Important to know:

- Damage deposit: 1.500, 00 Euros in cash or by credit card. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Pets allowed on request. Cleaning fee: 100,00 Euros per stay. A damage deposit of 500,00 Euros will also be requested.
- Extra cleaning, on request: 20,00 Euros per hour.
- Swimming pool heating up to 30°, on request: 350,00 Euros per week.
- Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. For arrivals after 20:00 will be applied an extra cost of 50, 00 Euros to be paid at the arrival.
- Check out from 8:00 to 10:00.
