Our stay at the villa was nothing short of extraordinary. The villa is in walking distance to the main square, restaurants and stores. Every morning, Anna treated us to a delightful breakfast, complete with traditional regional desserts and fresh local delicacies. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking – from our terrace, we could gaze out over the sparkling coastline, watch boats gently swaying in the marina, and admire the distant lights of Naples. One evening, we had the pleasure of having Anna prepare a special dinner for us. The meal was a true culinary masterpiece, with the freshest ingredients that took me back to the comforting flavors of my mother’s cooking. Anna is an exceptional Neapolitan chef, and her passion for food shines in every dish. We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly – it’s an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful time - the property was beautiful and location was amazing- beautiful views from the property over looking the amalfi coast❤️Anna our chef and housekeeper whipped up delicious breakfast every morning and Adolfo our concierge was extremely attentive and book us the most amazing boats, wine tasting and restaurants- overall one of the best trips we’ve taken!

From the moment we arrived at Villa Galidia, we felt at home. The attention to the decor and the grounds-wonderful. No detail was overlooked. Our housekeeper, Anna went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional-from our breakfast to keeping the villa clean-we cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She truly made our stay what it was. If only we all had an Anna back home! We will definitely be returning. Grazie Anna!

On the coast of the city of Sorrento, this villa is totally unique as the only private residence on the coast edge - all other accommodations are hotels. For that reason alone, its stands out as worth it. The property itself is wonderful, but the benefit of Luxe makes this an experience that will leave a lasting impression. I stayed in December 2021 for 4 days with my wife and 4 teenage boys. The Villa is two stories. The entrance, family room, two bedrooms, arguably a third bedroom, and 2 full baths are on the upper floor (street level). The lower floor has the master bedroom (full bath), dining room, kitchen and a full bath off kitchen. The main entrance opens to the family room straight ahead, which as a balcony off the front overlooking the below backyard and beautiful ocean view. There is a full bath next to the patio entrance. To the right of the main entrance, stairs go down to the dining room/kitchen. The dining is at bottom of stairs and had a large table that could easily fit 10 people. There is a door between the dining and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all basics that will easily accommodate any cooking. On the other side of the kitchen is a full bathroom. There is a door off the kitchen to access covered patio (which has very bad bike and elliptical - love the attempt at fitness, but I would not use them!), and continues to the amazing open backyard. To the left of the main entrance, there are two full bedrooms on the right side of the hall (both have balconies) and a full bath at the end of the hall. At the end of the hall on the left, a door leads to an area that has two small twin beds pushed together. To the right of the beds, there are stairs that lead down to the master bedroom area. One of our sons used this space and worked fine, but the master bath is at the base of the stairs with no other doorentrance. There is also a small work desk area opposite the bathroom that was very useful. There is a separate door that leads to the master bedroom itself. The stairs turn twice, so there is visually privacy from the upper part to the bathroom below, but not audio privacy. Closing the master door at night was sufficient for privacy otherwise for us, but there is no lock on the door. The master bedroom is so awesome! The pictures show the brick arch, etc. We loved sleeping in the room. Plenty of space created to hangfold clothes. There is a private backyard entrance as well. Thus, no bedroom has an en suite bathroom, but the master is arguably en suite. All bathrooms were in excellent, new condition and had stand up showers. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The backyard (private just for the house) is large, has a hot tub, large outdoor table and a view of the Sorrento harbor and cliff line. Have to be there to appreciate it. Since we were there in December, the hot tub would not work since it would not get hot enough. I was disappointed because it looks awesome, but I'm guessing it doesn't get very hot in the summer. Either way, I'd come back just to hang out there at night! We didn't get the full outdoor experience because we chose to come in winter, but I think it would be a truly exceptional experience to have that space in warmer months. Overall, I'll be the first to admit the layout of the house is a little odd, but we made it work and I ended up enjoying the different areas as different ways to relaxhangout. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the main square. Having Anna was amazing as part of the Luxe experience. She was so nice and made a fantastic breakfast each morning for us based on the time best for us. She would then clean each day - the equivalent of daily hotel service. Great communication on check-in and exit, and throughout for area recommendations, etc. I felt it was truly a Luxe experience. I could not recommend the Villa enough!

It was fabulous! Anna and Adolfo were wonderful! Anna took such good care of us and Adolfo helped us find non touristy things to do. Any question we had he was quick to answer. Even where to find Italian cookbooks and lights! We are already talking about when we will be back!

We had a wonderful 5 nights over New Year’s Eve in this villa. It was much more modern and up to date than expected. We are a tall family, so it was great to have high showers, comfortable beds and a little extra space than most European villas. Views are stunning. Adolfo is a lovely gentleman and very attentive to every need, checking in with us daily via text, but never a bother. Anna was one of the highlights of our entire stay!! Her breakfasts were delicious, her morning smile and attitude was always a pleasure. She was never intrusive and always had the place sparkling clean when we arrived back from the day. She is a fantastic person and real asset to this villa ❤️

Perfect in every way. This villa was just simply amazing. Views, location, ambience, comfort were second to none. Three of the rooms have spectacular views of the sea. Two upstairs rooms have balconies to enjoy the view, while the master bedroom has special access to the private garden. One bedroom with two twin beds does not have a view but this was not a problem at all because of all the other common areas which to take in the scenery (note: for those needing to access the master bedroom downstairs, you must go through this bedroom). The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds, smart televisions, and closets. The common living areas were spacious and comfortable. They even decorated the house for the holidays which was such a nice surprise! The bathrooms were also large with nice, hot showers with amazing water pressure. The kitchen is well-stocked along with a large dining room to fit at least 8 people plus a smaller eating area for four outside on a small balcony off the kitchen. You will enjoy a nice private garden as well! The views are spectacular outside. There is a nice large seating area (covered) and a hot-tub to enjoy. We stayed at the house in December with high temperatures in the 60s (Fahrenheit) and the water in the tub still felt nice. There are even some exercise equipment to use outside. The people that helped us at Villa Galida were truly amazing. Adolfo was our personal contact to use to check-in at the house, he arranged transportation for us and promptly answered any questions we had. He made our stay so easy! And finally, Anna. Anna is your private house-keeper and also makes breakfast for you each morning. The breakfast was phenomenal and it was amazing waking up to the smell of it cooking. She was so sweet and friendly. She then cleaned the house each day and changed linens as needed. Do yourself a favor and book this place. It is really one-of-a-kind and added so much pleasure to our stay. If you do stay here, be sure to not book your days solid - you will want some time to rest and relax here and this is the place to do it!

Amazing stay in Sorrento. Beautiful and clean airbnb with free breakfast everyday (cooked by private chef). Great location. Adolfo was super helpful throughout our stay. I will def stay here again if I come to Sorrento again.

The Villa Galidia is a spectacular Villa along the cliffs of Sorrento. The Villa is beautifully designed with modern touches. Every aspect of our vacation was taken care of. We had no trouble connecting with Adolfo, who runs the propert and was very pleasant. Anna, our “house mama,” made sure breakfast was served every morning and was absolutely amazing. She was the perfect host for us on a daily basis, and she also made sure the house was impeccably clean. We all fell in love with her, as well as the beautiful city of Sorrento and the island of Capri. We would highly recommend this lovely Villa, especially if you are traveling with a small group of close friends like we did (there were 6 of us).

This was such an incredible property, staff, and overall experience. A trip of a lifetime. Thank you for providing a place where we could celebrate our Mother's 60th birthday in paradise together.

This is an amazing property! If it is available for your trip, you must book it! The yard and the view are unparalleled. The finishes are gorgeous. The concierge, Adolfo, is amazing. He is very helpful, attentive, and responsive. Giselyn (sp?) made breakfast every morning with a smile. She worked with our schedule and even made a special dessert for someone in our group's birthday. It is an easy walk to the heart of town, and an even easier walk to Sorrento's best gelato at I Giardini di Cataldo!! Thank you so much. We fell in love with Sorrento, and this property had a lot to do with that!

This villa has got to be in one of the best Sorrento locations, right on the waters edge with stunning views. The quality of finish in the villa is superb. The garden and hot tub is stunning and safe too. Anna the housekeeper was amazing in every way, Anna's attention to every detail from serving up the most delicious breakfasts to the thoughtful caring touches towards our children was exemplary, we were a group of 3 adults and 6 children, we all loved Anna. The concierge Adolfo was also super attentive and arranged an evening for us with a celebrity chef, his beach and restaurant recommendations were perfect and included ensuring we got great tables. Super super holiday made special by hostess, host and super villa.

We were a family of 6 adults and it worked perfect for us. The house is beautiful and so spacious. And it’s right on the Gulf of Naples! It’s also within easy walking distance to the town center. There are 4 well appointed bedrooms with large beds. One bedroom is a lovely master suite. Nice kitchen with plenty of dining space. We had a delicious breakfast every morning provided by a dear, sweet woman, Anna. She was very attentive and made sure the home was clean every day. She even packed sandwiches for us on our departure. Adolfo was great and helpful with any questionsconcerns at any time. So nice to work with. We also took advantage of a chef dinner in the home which is a fun experience. Chef Andre made a delicious meal—very talented and kind. The house and view were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Sorrento!”

My husband & I spent 2 weeks in Italy with our 3 grown children and our son’s girlfriend. The highlight of our visit was our 5 night stay at Villa Galidia in Sorrento. Anna greeted us every morning with a gourmet breakfast, including fruit, homemade croissants, rolls, eggs, bacon, prosciutto, coffee and a smile! She kept our place spotless. Anna is amazing! We miss her. Adolfo greeted us on arrival and made sure everything in the Villa was perfect. He arranged transportation from & to Naples train station, as well as a private car & driver to tour the Amalfi Coast. Our driver, Claudio, brought us to a lovely restaurant in a lemon grove off the tourist radar. Adolfo also arranged a dinner with a local chef (Francesco Miccio & Giulio Ponti), one of our best meals in Italy. The view of the Bay of Naples is breathtaking-the “kids” really enjoyed the Jacuzzi with a view. The Villa is walking distance to a market, restaurants, the ferry to Naples & Capri, the train to Naples & Pompeii. Thank you Anna, Adolfo, Daniela!

Villa Galidia is fantastic, great location, stunning views, very smart clean and tidy. The team could not do enough for us, they were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Anna who made us a fantastic breakfast every day, and kept the place very clean and tidy. She was even kind enough to bake a cake for my wife as it was her birthday. I would most definitely recommend Villa Galidia to any one.
