This splendid house near Positano enjoys a breath-taking view of the sea and sun of the wonderful Amalfi Coast. With a total area of 90 square meters, Villa Anna can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
The house is on the main street of “Li Parlati”, an ancient village in upper Positano, and can be reached by a public elevator then climbing around 30 steps.
The villa is in a pedestrian area, so if you arrive by car, you will need to park in the town centre (about 2 km away from the house).
Inside, the villa boasts a bright and large open-plan area with living room and kitchen. The furniture is modern and simple but with elegant details. There is a king-size sofa-bed, a table with six chairs and a TV. French windows lead to the terrace, where there is a small table and chairs. The spectacular view stretches from the sea and the coastline all the way to Positano.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, moka pot, toaster and other small appliances.
The house is located on the first floor of a bigger building that has different apartments, but is an independent house.

The villa has three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and heating, and two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window with sea view
• Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, bedside tables, three-door wardrobe with mirror, casement window
• Bed in living room: king-size sofa bed
• Bathroom 1: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer
• Bathroom 2: sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer
Support services are the key to a successful and worry-free holiday. The following is included:
• 24/7 assistance

Although I knew about the stairs, this spot REALLY had lots of stairs to climb to get there. The stairs really made up for the gym classes I was missing out on at home A plus is that there is a lift located 4 minutes (walk) from the unit, that mind see more
Although I knew about the stairs, this spot REALLY had lots of stairs to climb to get there. The stairs really made up for the gym classes I was missing out on at home A plus is that there is a lift located 4 minutes (walk) from the unit, that mind you charges 2€/person, and it takes you down to a main street called G.Marconi however it still takes 20 minutes (downhill) to get to main centre. The lift was a godsend every time I went uphill as that walk uphill from the centre to the lift was quite challenging - I would consider my fitness level around average
Our transfer did drop us off pretty much at the lift entrance which meant that it it was only the 4 minute walk and around 15 steps where we had to carry out suitcases up. |

She was very helpful in providing transportation to and from airports and porters to help bring luggage to the villa! Thanks for a great trip!

The Beech is a steep walk down to but enjoyable for all ages with plenty of restaurants and shops. My family ranged from age late fifties to middle twenties and we all had a wonderful holiday.
