Get ready to be wowed by the views from Villa Santa Lucia, set amongst olive groves and overlooking the ancient village of Santa Maria dell’Annunziata on the tip of the Sorrento peninsula. Gaze out from the pool and terraces over the island of Capri and the rolling green hills. You’ll be just a few metres from the nearest restaurant, with a bigger selection and shops in nearby Massa Lubrense (2 km).

Dating back to the 1700s, this atmospheric villa (500 m²) has been completely refurbished but still maintains many of its original architectural features. The focal point of the garden is the pool (8 x 5 m and 1,4 m deep) with hydromassage (cold water only) and magnificent sea views, but the 3,000 m² of outdoor areas provide plenty of options for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The outdoor seating areas include a large fully furnished terrace (with barbecue, lounge seating and outdoor dining table), a second terrace with sea views and a pretty furnished courtyard.

The ground floor of the villa comprises an inter-connecting living room and dining room, with a table for 18 and access via a French window to the internal courtyard. The kitchen leads onto the second terrace.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:

• Tourist tax 2,00 euros per day per person for the first 5 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Damage deposit 500,00 euros
• Final cleaning 250,00 euros
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

• You’ll need a car to fully appreciate the villa’s surroundings. Small- to medium-sized vehicles are recommended as access to the villa is via a fairly narrow driveway.
• Nearby Sorrento can get busy but is well worth a visit and provides excellent transport connections to neighbouring islands and towns.
• Swim in crystal-clear water at many of the local beaches which regularly receive Bandiera Blu accreditation.
• Enjoy some exceptional gastronomic experiences locally, including the Michelin-starred restaurants in nearby Nerano.
