The American gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. The villa also has parking inside with capacity for up to 3 cars.
The accommodation is equipped with iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, 2 electric anti-mosquito devices and television.
However, the reigning part of the villa is its hydromassage tub which is impossible not to notice once you have entered the villa.
The structure is located 200 meters walk from the golden sandy beach of SANTA MARIA DEL FOCALLO "blue flag" for the transparency and cleanliness of the water and 1 km from the rocky beach "PUNTA CIRICA", also a suggestive place.
