Description
The Liberty and Art Deco charm of Viareggio lives again in this wonderful villa overlooking the sea, from whose terrace you can enjoy a unique view of the beach.
Located in the middle of the promenade, a few meters from the Grand Hotel Royal, in the pedestrian area, the detached house, measuring approximately 100 square meters on two floors, is on the corner and has a private furnished outdoor area where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the summer light throughout the day.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, a large living room with dining table and TV and a comfortable bathroom with shower cubicle where you can cool off as soon as you return from the beach.
On the first floor, which is accessed by an ancient wrought iron staircase, there is the bright and spacious master bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea, a second bedroom which houses a queen-size bed.
However, guests can reach 5 by adding a comfortable single bed in the large study on the 1st floor
A second bathroom, larger than the one on the ground floor, is located on the 1st floor.
The atmosphere is truly elegant, thanks also to the furnishings with attention to the smallest detail, to the period fixtures and floors tastefully renovated by the owners.
Undoubtedly the most beautiful feature of this villa, in addition to the exclusive position, is the light that pervades the house: all the rooms have one or more windows and French doors from which you can also enjoy the view of the promenade.
There is no air conditioning, but there is no need for it given that the rooms are cool, the walls are thick and there is a great flow of air.
