A small bungalow, located in the grounds of the Family home, Villa Mango, recently renovated by the owners, Simona and Michael, who decided to move from Turin to Versilia to enjoy the sea all year round.
The bungalow is located a few steps from Viareggio’s central pine forest and beach, in the quiet and green Don Bosco residential district, with easy free on-street parking and an independent entrance.
The bungalow is composed of a living area with includes the kitchen, table and sofa and TV. The bathroom is complete with a shower and the property is completed by a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Outdoors, there is space on the garden patio to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and summer dinners. This outdoor space is located in the garden shared with the main villa where a centuries-old olive tree offers a beautiful and relaxing area.
The bungalow is further equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, mosquito nets in all rooms and wi-fi.
The beach is only 800 meters away (5-10mins walk) and can be reached by crossing the cool pine forest where it is also possible to rent bicycles for the entire duration of your stay, forgetting the car and enjoying the many cycle paths.
Utilities are included in the rental price, with the exception of air conditioning, which will be calculated at your checkout.
Bed linen and towels, a courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel and a welcome gift are included. We hope that you will feel at home here and that, away from the confusion and noise, you will find the annex so relaxing that you will want to return soon!
