The Jouvenceaux 50 Apartment, in a renovated 1800s chalet, is located in the characteristic Jouvenceaux village: just a few steps 300 metres (3 minutes walk) you will be at the departure of the Jouvenceaux-Sportinia chairlift; 1 km (15/20 minutes walk) you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services.
On the ground floor - basement, the accommodation consists of a large and characteristic living room with dining area, sofas and fireplace, with a kitchen equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts).
The hallway leads to the two bedrooms: the double bedroom and the triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single sofa bed.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower, bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of €1 per person, per night is not included.
