The Bellavista Apartment is located in the residential area of Via Cotolivier in Oulx: 700 metres (8/10 minutes on foot) you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services; 1 kilometre away you can reach the railway station.
On the first floor without a lift, the accommodation consists of a bright living room with a dining area, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and washing machine, and a sofa bed. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts).
From the living room you can access the first balcony with a view of the town and morning exposure.
The hallway leads to the double bedroom with a second balcony facing the afternoon.
The bathroom has a window and a comfortable shower.
In the building, there is a private covered parking space and a cellar for storing bicycles/skis.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
