There is a communal courtyard surrounded by greenery. The property is located in the characteristic area of Pescarenico, immersed in ancient alleyways and on the banks of the River Adda. a few minutes' walk from the centre of Lecco and in a well-serviced area. The mountains behind give access to beautiful hikes and on the banks of the river you can relax and sunbathe. Right in the adjacent street is the historic Piazza Era, from which you can admire the old bridge and the Visconti island. The beautiful cycle-pedestrian path, which runs through the entire city from one border to the other, skirting both the lake and the Adda river, passes right by the characteristic Piazza Era. 200 metres from the flat is the 'Addio ai Monti' park with the stone that recalls Manzoni's quotation in I Promessi Sposi.
