Welcome to our charming 50 sq m apartment located on the third floor without a lift in a side street of Via Cairoli, in the heart of the city of Genoa. The apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and a second small bedroom with a bunk bed.
The apartment has been furnished with care and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach on foot the main tourist attractions of Genoa, such as the Old Port with the Aquarium, the Bigo and the Biosphere, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Piazza De Ferrari and much more.
Located in a characteristic and lively neighbourhood, you can discover the true soul of Genoa by strolling through the narrow streets and colourful alleys, breathing in the unique atmosphere of the city.
Essential services, including the provision of towels, bed linen, initial and final cleaning, and heating, are included in the rate. However, we inform you that there is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the double bedroom.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
If the intervention of a staff member is required after 8:00 pm, an extra charge of €50 will be requested, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
To make your stay even more serene, at check-in you can choose between paying a security deposit or a very convenient waiver of only €30, which will cover you from any accidental damage in the apartment, without worries or blocked amounts on your account.
