The accommodation is located on the "Fifth Floor" of a building in the historic centre of Genoa in the La Maddalena district, one of Genoa's historic quarters. Walking through its streets, you come across artisan shops, typical little shops and welcoming restaurants that invite you to discover the local flavours and traditions. La Maddalena is a human-scale neighbourhood, where time flows at a relaxed pace and people know each other and greet each other cordially. It is important to note that La Maddalena, like many areas of the historic centre of Genoa and of large cities around the world, also hosts "street work" activities. The "Young Ladies" working on the corners are kind and independent people who, like everyone else, deserve respect and consideration. La Maddalena is a neighbourhood to be experienced with an open mind and a spirit of hospitality. It is a place where you can discover charming corners, meet genuine people and breathe the authentic atmosphere of Genoa. If you are looking for a genuine experience outside the usual schemes, La Maddalena is the neighbourhood for you. A 20 sq m studio flat offers a bright and welcoming environment. It has a basic kitchenette, fridge, induction hob and utensils for a quick meal. There is a comfortable little table with minimalist chairs. The double bed is positioned in front of two windows that pleasantly illuminate the space. The bathroom has a shower and a sink.
If the intervention of an attendant is necessary after 7pm, an extra charge of €50 will be required to be paid in cash upon their arrival.
The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building without a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
To make your stay even more serene, at check-in you can choose between paying a security deposit or a very convenient waiver of only €30, which will cover you from any accidental damage in the apartment, without worries or funds being blocked on your account. Choose the freedom to enjoy your holiday without a care!
