The large terrace, which overlooks the driveway, offers elegant outdoor furniture such as a large and comfortable sofa and a spacious dining table, making it a perfect place to relax both in the warmer seasons but also in the more temperate ones in as it offers good shelter from the wind.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful recently built residential complex which includes green areas and ample parking space.
The center of Chiavari can be reached in just 5 minutes by car or by walking for about fifteen minutes.
In its network of alleyways, the center offers numerous fashion shops, characteristic taverns and restaurants, historic shops and bakeries, renowned wine bars and a permanent fresh fruit and vegetable market.
Sea lovers, on the other hand, will find numerous bathing establishments along its promenade and in nearby towns.
