The apartment is less than 400 meters from the railway station and about 1 km from the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.
On the second floor served by a lift, the house consists of a large and bright living room, equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area and two French style double sofa beds. Guests have access to the TV and the washing machine.
The living room leads out on a large balcony overlooking the mountains.
The bathroom has a window and a comfortable shower.
In the condominium, there is a private ski box and a large communal garden.
