On the second (top) floor with a lift, the accommodation consists of a living room with a dining area and sofa, a small kitchen with a kitchenette.
From the living room you can access the balcony with a view and exposure.
The hallway leads to the double bedroom, the room with bunk beds and the bathroom.
A car box is available within the condominium.
The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night is not included.
