On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance hall, living room with direct access to the garden, equipped kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, bathroom.
Smart TV is available to guests (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms via guests' personal accounts).
The apartment is managed in the name and on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
