The Eugenia Apartment has recently been renovated and is located in a strategic area of Bardonecchia: just a few steps away you will be in the town centre where you will find all the shops, activities and services of Via Medail; 800 metres away (a 10-minute walk through the pine forest) you will be in the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith.
On the second floor without a lift, the accommodation consists of an entrance that leads to the living room with a kitchenette. Guests have access to a Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using the guests' personal accounts). From the living room you can access the balcony with excellent exposure and views.
The hallway leads to the double bedroom and the bunk bed room.
The bathroom has a window, a comfortable shower and a washing machine.
In the condominium, there is a convenient covered parking space.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of the ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included.
